Operator (2 shifts) – Learn the job on the job!

Flanders Food Productions is looking for an Operator for the grating department. Experience as an operator is a plus, but definitely not required. With your technical insight and motivation, we will teach you everything during an intensive 6-week training program.
You can work in English, and Polish is also welcome in combination with English.
What will you do?
As an Operator, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You are a key player in the production process. You operate and set up production and packaging machines
You start up production lines and ensure correct programming
You perform changeovers when needed
You quickly resolve minor technical issues
You monitor quality, safety, and hygiene
You support colleagues on the work floor with your knowledge
In short: you make sure production runs efficiently and safely.
