We are looking for a Melting Furnace Operator to join a modern, highly specialized metal‑processing environment. In this position, you will prepare and feed raw materials into melting furnaces, support the production flow, and contribute to a high‑quality, safety‑driven manufacturing process.
- Weighing and preparing raw materials before charging them into the melting furnaces
- Following production planning and sequencing tasks to maintain efficiency and throughput
- Working strictly according to operational procedures and instructions provided by the shift supervisor.
- Participating in 5S activities and contributing to improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Operating support equipment when needed, such as forklifts, bulldozers, and various tools
