In this role as a maintenance operator, you ensure that machines continue to perform optimally. You will join a close-knit technical team where safety, quality, and cooperation are key. This position is ideal for a junior electromechanic who wants to further develop skills in industrial maintenance.

As a maintenance operator, you are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines. You detect technical faults, solve them independently or report them to your supervisor. You provide technical support to production teams and actively contribute to improvements in installations and working methods. You will also assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines.
Your tasks include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations
- Resolving mechanical and electrical breakdowns to ensure smooth production
- Providing technical support to operators
- Assisting with new installations (setup, adjustment, parameter settings)
- Proposing improvements to maintenance procedures and technical documentation
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- The main focus is on mechanics (pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, bearings, compressors, heavy mechanics), with basic knowledge of electricity.

Wij vragen
- Technical degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- Initial experience in industrial maintenance is a plus, but motivated juniors are also welcome
- Strong interest in mechanical maintenance (electricity as complementary knowledge)
- Insight into industrial processes and the interaction between machines
- You work safely, accurately, and follow procedures correctly
- You are stress-resistant and can react quickly in case of breakdowns
- You communicate well and enjoy working in a team
- You speak English or French
- You are eager to learn and open to new technologies
