Job Description – Filling Line Operator
As a Filling Line Operator in food production, you are responsible for operating and monitoring the machines used for filling, processing, and packaging pork products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start, operate, and monitor the filling and packaging production line.
- Supply the machines with prepared pork meat mixtures.
- Control product quality, weight, and packaging presentation.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues on the machines.
- Adjust machine settings and production parameters when necessary.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment.

- Have experience in food production, meat processing, or as a machine operator (preferred).
- Are interested in industrial machines and technical production work.
- Are comfortable working in a pork processing environment.
- Have a strong focus on quality control, hygiene, and organization.
- Work well in a team-oriented production environment.
- Are flexible with working hours.
- Fixed early shift starting from 05:00,
or - Day shift starting from 08:00.
- The finishing time may vary depending on production demand and workload.
